Part 2 - Classes of Information
The scheme contains broad topic areas to help you find the information you are looking for. Within each topic area there are identifiable classes of information, which the department publishes or intends to publish. Information that falls into the classes below will be retained in line with the Ministry of Justice's retention and disposal schedules, which comply with National Archives guidance. You can find out more about the Department's retention and disposal schedules by referring to the relevant class of information that can be found under internal guidance in the MoJ publication scheme.
