Admiralty, Commercial and Mercantile Court Guides
This edition of the Admiralty and Commercial Courts Guide is published to coincide with the introduction of Parts 58, 61 and 62 of the Civil Procedure Rules dealing with Commercial and Admiralty proceedings and proceedings relating to arbitrations respectively. Most of the provisions which have hitherto been contained in the practice directions made under Part 49 and the 5th edition of the Commercial Court Guide are now to be found in these new rules and their associated practice directions, although the Guide still contains a number of additional provisions which are necessary to ensure the efficient conduct of business in the Admiralty and Commercial Courts.
