Can I save my response?

MCOL will automatically save your information as you complete each screen.

If you complete only a part of a screen, you may save that information by selecting the save option which appears at the top and bottom of each screen.

You are reminded that you have a limited time to respond to your claim

Please note that once you have submitted your acknowledgement of service, defence, counterclaim or part admission, MCOL will not allow you to delete or amend the information.
