How do I print a copy of my response?

Printing screens

Throughout Money Claim Online, you can click on the print option from your internet browser toolbar to print what you can see on screen.

Printing the response

You can also print your response following successful submission. Using portable document format software, the information you have provided will be placed into the relevant fields in the appropriate forms. You can then print and/or save this document as a copy of your response.

You can print your response as many times as you like following successful submission but you will not be able to amend any of the information you provided.

The '.pdf ' file used by MCOL is a large file and so takes some time to download. This will commonly be 1 to 5 minutes, depending upon the size of the file and the speed of the internet connection you are using. You may decide to print using the HMTL option instead.
