New Civil Procedure Rules and The Register of Judgments, Orders and Fines Regulations 2005 - form and leaflet changes

New Civil Procedure Rules and the Register of Judgments Orders and Fines Regulations 2005 come into force on 6 April 2006.

The new rules and regulations provide for: -

The following forms and leaflets, available on the HMCS web site, have been revised to reflect these changes.

Note: courts will accept forms of reply from defendants, and forms for request for judgment from claimants, on the current forms in all cases where the claim was issued on or before the 5th of April 2006. New forms will be used in all cases issued on or after the 6th of April 2006.
