Adjudicator Nominating Bodies
Under the Scheme for Construction Contracts, scheduled to The Scheme for Construction Contracts (England and Wales) Regulations 1998, parties to a construction contract are entitled in certain cases to ask an Adjudicator Nominating Body to appoint an adjudicator.
Paragraph 2(3) of the Scheme defines an adjudicator nominating body as one which holds itself out publicly as such.
