John Hale, Clerk of the Lists/Court Manager, heads the Clerk of the Lists Office
This office is responsible for the issue, case management and listing of applications, appeals and trials that are to be heard by High Court Judges sitting in either the Chancery or Queen’s Bench Divisions. It is divided into the following three offices:
- The Chancery Judges Listing Office Responsible for listing trials/applications/appeals before High Court Judges sitting in the Chancery Division.
- The Queen’s Bench Judges Listing Office Responsible for listing trials/applications/appeals before High Court Judges sitting in the Queen’s Bench Division.
- The High Court Appeals Office Responsible for issuing and case managing appeals to be heard by High Court Judges sitting in the Chancery or Queen’s Bench Divisions.
