The 'Your role as a Juror' video

On your first day of jury service you will be shown the 20-minute film, 'Your Role as a Juror'. It is now also available to view on the DirectGov website at http://moj.coionline.tv/videos/jurorvideo/video

The aim in making the video available online before you arrive at court is to give you an opportunity to find out more about jury service ahead of your first day in court. It can be viewed in either English or Welsh.

The film will be shown to you at court on your the first day and you will be given an introductory speech from the jury manager which includes information for the specific court where you are serving.

Email reminder

You can also sign up online for an email reminder to be issued to you five days before the start of your jury service. The service provides an email prompt about the date of your forthcoming jury service as well as a prompt to view the film.
