If you wish to gain possession of a rented property you will need to complete the Claim Form for possession of property (N5 Form) and also the Particulars of Claim (rented residential premises) N119. If you also want to claim rent arrears can provide details on the particulars of form.
You should send or take your completed forms to the court office. Once your completed forms are received at the court office, your case will be allocated a hearing date.
