Will I be able to fill in the forms myself?

The examples in this guidance and guidance number 4 The respondent has replied to my petition - what must I do? show what completed forms look like. They will help you fill in your own forms. They also explain the meanings of some of the words used in the forms which may be new to you.

If you do need help filling in the forms, a Citizen's Advice Bureau will help.

If you are receiving Legal Help from a solicitor under the Community Legal Service Fund, he or she will help you fill in the forms.
