Children

This section is for anyone who thinks that a court should make a decision about a child; such as where the child will live and who the child will see.

Matters concerning children are dealt with at the Principal Registry of the Family Division and by some county courts. The types of cases that are dealt can include:

• Parental Responsibilty Agreements
• Residence (who the children can live with)
• Contact (who the children can visit)
• Children in the care of a Local Authority
