Making a complaint

If you feel unhappy with the service you have received from administrative staff or with any procedural aspect of your case within the HMCS, or if you have a specific complaint to make in relation to an HMCS obligation under the Victims’ Code, you may wish to make a complaint.

If the victim makes a complaint using the procedures mentioned at the above website, and they are not satisfied with the outcome, they may refer the issue, through a Member of Parliament, to the Parliamentary Ombudsman for consideration.
