Leaflets for Prosecution and Defence Witnesses:

New information leaflets have been developed for both prosecution and defence witnesses attending any criminal court across England and Wales. The leaflets, which are different for prosecution or defence witnesses, have been tailored to provide information on the services and facilities available at each criminal court which a witness may attend. They include details on whom to contact at the court, what to expect on arrival and what happens after witnesses have given their evidence. They even provide a map on how to get to the court which the witness has been asked to attend.

What languages are they available in?

The leaflets are available in English and Welsh and generic copies are available in [Arabic, Bengali, Cantonese, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Polish and Large Print].

How do I get a copy?
