1. Without Notice application at 10.30am and 2.00pm
2. Urgent applications at any time by arrangement with the Judge's clerk.
Except where required by Rule or so directed by the judge, all applications will be heard in chambers.
It is the duty of solicitors to bespeak the court file, if any, from the Registry to Court in time for such applications. Consent applications concerning the High Court list may be made to the Clerk of the Rules
