Note - for Representation orders granted after 30th April 2007 the Criminal Defence Service (Funding Order) 2007 will apply. The table of litigators fees for ex post facto cases remains unchanged but ex post facto fees for advocates are abolished and all advocates fees will be dealt with as part of the graduated fees scheme including fixed fees. Se the guidance on advocates fee claims.
