InterCOMM goes live at the Admiralty and Commercial Courts

The Admiralty and Commercial Courts have had a new IT system installed called 'interCOMM' which has replaced the previous system known as 'Anchor'.

The new system provides the court with a modern integrated case management system with an electronic diary. The system will also collate and print information for reports and statistics, saving the staff precious time.

The introduction of this system will allow the court to provide better customer service, offering email as an alternative communication channel. 

The staff and Judges at the court have supported the project throughout its lifecycle and have been instrumental in its successful implementation.
