The N1 Claim form allows the claimant to re-issue a county court claim.
Please note that this form is to be used ONLY by the claimant / claimant's solicitor who has previously issued a county court claim through the Claim Production Centre (CPC) or Money Claim OnLine. Said claim will contain either the letter 'X' or 'Q' (only) as the claim numbers first alpha character.
The claim form must be fully completed and sent to the Bulk Centre to be sealed before re-service can be attempted upon the defendant.
