Wales and Cheshire Region Practice Direction
Mercantile Court of Wales and Chester
With effect from 16 December 1999 there will be a new Queen's Bench list in the District Registry of Cardiff which will be known as the "Cardiff Mercantile Court List" and in the District Registry of Chester known as the "Chester Mercantile Court List".
The Mercantile Courts and Business Lists Practice Direction will apply to these lists.
The Lord Chancellor has appointed His Honour Judge Nicholas Chambers QC to be the Judge for these lists.
