The Crown Court at Cardiff

With the concurrence of the Lord Chancellor, we have been authorised by the Lord Chief Justice to issue the following amendment to the Practice Direction (Judges: Modes of Address).

With immediate effect, when sitting in court, the judge who holds the office of Recorder of Cardiff shall be addressed as "My Lord" or "My Lady", as the case may be.
