Technology and Construction Court

The Technology & Construction Court deals with building and engineering disputes and computer litigation.

Other matters dealt with include sale of goods, valuation disputes, landlord and tenant (especially dilapidations), torts relating to the occupation of land and questions arising from arbitrations in building and engineering disputes.
