High Courts

Generally, the most difficult and complicated civil cases are dealt with in the High Court, either at the Royal Courts of Justice in London, or at High Court Centres in England and Wales.

The High Court is made up of three divisions:

• Chancery
• Family
• Queen's Bench

The Probate Service forms part of the Family Division.
