Further Information

This court will close for busines at 4pm on Thursday 26 August 2010 until 9am on Wednesday 1 September 2010 to allow the court to move to its new location at Bristol Civil Justice, Centre, 2, Redcliff Street, Bristol, BS1 6GR.

This court now offers a free small claims mediation service (subject to Judicial approval) for customers involved in small claims proceedings under £5,000. Please contact the court for further details on 01452 420111(from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday) or email the Mediation Support Officer. Bristol County Court is also a supporter of the National Mediation scheme for claims above £5,000.
